3 Step
It has been confirmed that the measurement for number 6 is identical to the measurement for number 4.
2 Step
The defence for number 3 has changed slightly. To prevent the attacker treading on the defenders toes, it is now correct to move the LEFT leg back when performing the low section x-fist pressing block. Do not forget that this means the right arm should be the lower arm of the block.
Side kick
When performing a traditional side kick, the arms are chambered such that the arm performing the punch is on the INSIDE of the chamber. The other hand returns to the belt. Also, the punching arm is parallel to the leg.
