Details
All grades need to arrive and register by 630pm.
Students will be able to practice and ask questions before going into the pregrading, and once the theory questions have been completed, are free to leave. All parts of the syllabus will be examined to some extent apart from Free Sparring and power tests.

Equipment
All Green belts and above are expected to perform Free Sparring and so must have FULL sparring kit (Headguard, gum shield, forearm guards, gloves, shin guards, feet guards and a box for males). Gloves must be fully enclosed boxing style gloves. If you are unsure, ask prior to the grading
