Mr Don Deedigan has been training within the Martial Arts since 1980 and is currently a 6th Dan in the art of Tae Kwon Do. Mr Deedigan has eight years experience in the style of 'Full Contact' Tae Kwon Do, achieving the grade of 2nd Dan, and in the years following he has had experience with the ITF (International Tae Kwon Do Federation). Mr Deedigan also has the grade of 5th dan in kickboxing.
