Details
Times for each grade will be as follows. Students need to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the time below to ensure they are registered and warmed up before the actual pregrading takes place.
- 9th kup and below - 6.00pm
- 8th & 7th kup - 6.30pm
- 6th kup and above - 7.00pm

Details
Please see Master Deedigan for start times of the grading. Ensure you leave enough time beforehand to register and warm up properly, as no time will be allowed for this in the grading itself.
Equipment
All Green belts and above are expected to perform Free Sparring and so must have FULL sparring kit (Headguard, gum shield, forearm guards, gloves, shin guards, feet guards and a box for males). Gloves may be open type or fully enclosed boxing style. If you are unsure, ask prior to the grading
