Minimum Age is 16. The course is open to anyone.
FAST is an acronym of Fear and Adrenaline Stress Training. This involes using a bullet man which allows the student to fight with full force under the adrenal rush that everyone experiences in the real life street encounters. Its a method of conditioning the student through a step by step process to help the student not to freeze in the heat of the moment and if necessary to fight back.
